Items of particular value are identified, researched, and placed where they will be properly appreciated — whether that is the sale at the home, a specialty dealer, or an auction house.

 

All services are included in the commission. There are no minimums, no ancillary fees, and no surprises. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

 

The Process

• A Conversation — Every engagement begins with listening. We want to understand your circumstances before offering any recommendations.

• An In-Home Visit — We come to your home, assess the contents, and discuss what is possible — at no charge. If we come to an agreement and sign a contract, the real work begins!

• Careful Preparation — Contents are evaluated, sorted, and arranged with care to create an environment that is welcoming to buyers and respectful of the home.

• Considered Marketing — Each sale is approached individually, with an advertising and signage plan suited to its particular contents and audience.

• Attentive Staffing — Every sale is managed by a professional, courteous team.

• Flexible, Fee-Free Payment — Credit cards, Venmo, cash, and checks accepted. No processing fees are passed to clients.

• A Respectful Close — The property is left clean and orderly. Remaining items are returned to the client, or a supervised clean-out can be arranged upon request.

• Prompt Settlement — A full accounting and payment are provided within 5–10 business days of the sale.
